I have spent way to much time this past week running around my neighborhood and long boarding down the beach boardwalk catching Pokémon that I've put off so much work including the next medley. So for the delay in the next Top 10 Medley, I decided to whip up a cover of this since I think it's really awesome (if you didn't mute the music to save battery). This is the first Mobile Phone game cover I've ever done and I think it's pretty rad given the game is still in beta. This song doesn't even loop yet! Maybe I'll consider making a loopable version of this if Niantic decides to do it too. I mean the original kinda cuts off at a weird place.
This cover was also a test for me, I timed myself really harshly to whip it together fast but efficient. There was no one thing in this cover I spent more than an hour doing to keep me from obsessing and just moving forward. I think it really helps to try to figure out the parts of your work that take the most time and try to learn ways to be more efficient with it! I hope you like it and maybe listen to it next time you go chasing zubats... er... Pokémon!
